21 Things I Wish My Broker Had Told Me
Practical Advice for New Real Estate Professionals

A blunt and often humorous look at the real estate business as only insiders could describe it. 21 Things for real estate agents is full of personal interviews with people who made it in the business, people who are trying to make it, and even a few who didn't make it. It talks about who should get in, who should stay out, and who is most likely to stick it out for the long term. Voted the No. 1 "classic" read by the National Association of Realtors, don't get a real estate license until you read this book! From Dearborn.

You're Not Buying That House, Are You?
Everything to Think About Before Signing on the Dotted L
ine

Let's face it, the fun part of real estate is looking at houses: The tough part is living with the decision you've made after you move in. Who thought you would have to spend so much for just the right couch? Who knew the neighbor
s belonged to heavy metal band and practice until 3 in the morning? Who knew the street in front of your new home would become a speedway when the high school dismisses for the day? You're Not Buying That House is a fun look at homeownership with more than a few thoughts about how you can protect yourself. From Dearborn.
